Hertwich to Supply Continuous Homogenizing Furnace for Otto Fuchs
10/19/2011 - Hertwich Engineering, Austria, has received an order from Otto Fuchs, Germany, for a continuous homogenizing furnace for large diameters and precise temperature ranges.
Hertwich Engineering, Austria, has received an order from Otto Fuchs, Germany, for a continuous homogenizing furnace for large diameters and precise temperature ranges.
Otto Fuchs’ new continuous homogenizing furnace will have an annual capacity of 20,000 tonnes of aluminum. Operation of the plant will be continuous and fully automatic. The company will use the plant for supplying special-alloy logs to the automotive and aerospace industries.
Commissioning is scheduled for the end of 2011.
