Investment Firm Expresses Interest in Bayou Steel

10/08/2019 - After filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last week and planning to close their doors, Bayou Steel Group may have a buyer in investor Jeff Sands.

Sands’ firms, Dorset Partners and American Industries Acquisition Corp., specialize in rescuing mid-sized companies.
