JSW MG Motor India Appoints New Chairman
08/31/2026 - JSW MG India Private Ltd. announced its board of directors has appointed Parth Jindal as chairman of the company, effective immediately.
Jindal has served on the board since the joint venture was formed. He has had a hand in shaping the company’s product strategy, manufacturing expansion and localization program.
In addition to his newest appointment, Jindal serves as managing director of JSW Cement, managing director of JSW Paints, chairman of JSW Dulux Ltd. and director on the board of JSW Energy. He also founded JSW Sports and is chairman and co-owner of the Delhi Capitals.
