JSW Steel Targets a Reduction in CO2 Emissions

08/24/2021 - Indian steel producer JSW Steel is set on reducing its emissions to 1.95 metric tons CO2 per metric ton by 2030, which correlates to a 23% decrease compared to 2020 levels, reports the Business Standard.

The reductions will include Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions from its integrated facilities at Vijayanagar, Dolvi and Salem.
