KOCKS Delivers Reducing and Sizing Block to Fushun Special Steel
02/04/2026 - KOCKS announced it has received the final acceptance certificate from Fushun Special Steel Co. Ltd., a part of Shagang Group, for the delivery of its reducing and sizing block RSB® 370++/4 in 5.0 design to its rolling mill in Fushun City, China.
The companies said the new machine is central to the modernization project of Fushun Special Steel’s 3-roll special bar quality rolling mill. The rolling mill is designed to produce about 600,000 metric tons annually of straight bars with diameters from 14 to 92 mm.
The scope of supply included remote control for automatic stand and guide adjustment and the BAMICON Octopus software and hardware. The new machine is now fully operational and integrated into regular production.
