KOCKS Delivers RSB® 370++/4 to XISCO
09/09/2025 - Xinyu Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. (XISCO), a subsidiary of the China Baowu Group, announced the successful completion of its KOCKS RSB® 370++/4 project, marking the transition to full operation at its state-of-the-art special bar quality bar mill in Xinyu City, China.
XISCO said the block will enable production of premium long products for demanding downstream industries. The RSB 370++/4, installed after 22 H/V stands, produces straight bars ranging from 20 to 90 mm with tight dimensional tolerances, excellent surface quality and maximum production flexibility.
The scope of supply from KOCKS also included roll shop equipment, automation and software solutions, and the remote control for automatic stand and guide adjustment. The BAMICON Octopus software and hardware supports all processes in the roll shop.
