KOCKS Sees Third Order From Chinese SBQ Maker
02/05/2021 - Rolling mill specialist KOCKS has won an order from Shagang Group’s Jiangsu Lihuai Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. for a new reducing and sizing block.
According to KOCKS, the 6-stand block will produce straight special-quality bar straight in diameters from 70 mm to 160 mm. The stands will be set up in horizontal/vertical arrangement and will be located as a finishing unit after the intermediate mill.
KOCKS said the order is its third from the company since 2010. Commissioning is set for the beginning of 2022.
