Labor Talks Delay thyssenkrupp, Tata Steel Tie-Up

04/12/2018 - Ongoing labor negotiations between Tata Steel and its workers in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands are delaying its planned joint venture with Germany’s thyssenkrupp, reports the Reuters news service.

According to Reuters, the boards of both companies had planned to sign off on the joint venture early this year, but it now appears that the approval will come sometime by the end of June.
