Local Planners OK Commercial Metals Mill Development
04/21/2021 - Commercial Metals Company’s planned micro-mill has cleared a local development hurdle, receiving approval from the Mesa, Ariz., city council and the planning and zoning board, reports The Mesa (Arizona) Tribune.
According to the publication, the 500,000-square-foot facility will sit on 84 acres west of the company’s existing micro-mill. Plans also show a 40-acre solar farm on the site, the publication said.
