Mechel Establishes Representative Office in Belarus

Mechel OAO announces the establishment of an official representative office in Minsk, the Republic of Belarus.
 
Mechel OAO said its new representative office will provide support to the company’s business interests in Belarus, maintain contact with governmental authorities, and arrange meetings with representatives of the local business community. The new office will also allow Mechel to continue to search for new partners and ensure informational support for the company’s activities in Belarus.
 
Mechel has appointed Sergei Anatolyevich Dubinsky as the new office’s director.
