Metso Chosen to Deliver Vertimill Grinding Mills for DR Grade Iron Ore Project
02/18/2026 - Metso announced it has been chosen to deliver multiple Vertimill® 4500 grinding mills to a direct reduction (DR) grade iron ore project amounting to over EUR10 million.
Vertimill grinding mills have a vertical design to minimize energy consumption and operational costs. Metso said they also provide consistent particle size distribution for production of pellets for steel production.
