Miami Valley Steel Service Turns to Red Bud Industries for Heavy-Gauge Cut-to-Length Line
02/19/2026 - Red Bud Industries announced it will deliver a 12.7 mm x 1,829 mm heavy-gauge cut-to-length line with a T2 10 m stretcher leveler to Miami Valley Steel Service in Piqua, Ohio, USA.
The company said the T2 stretcher leveler will have SUREGRIP®, the Quick Draw System, a Pop Top Deep Plunge Straightener and a direct drive roll feed system. The direct drive roll feed system will allow material up to 9.5 mm to run in a loop, providing faster production speeds.
The line will have a coil stage and load system for 80,000 lb. coils, dual uncoiler with “stepped mandrel shoes,” peeler breaker, pop top precision straightener with exit pull rolls, T2 stretcher leveler, direct drive roll feed and loop, 134-metric-ton shear, 7,300 mm drop stacker, two stack tables for 30,000 lbs. and 15,000 lbs., and end discharge roller conveyors.
