Nippon to Make Decision on U.S. Greenfield Mill in 2027

12/03/2025 - Nippon Steel plans to narrow the list of possible locations for a proposed greenfield mill to two or three states by the end of the summer of 2026, reports the Bloomberg news service.

Nippon plans to make a final investment decision at the beginning of 2027.
