Nucor Affiliates Announce Acquisitions
10/04/2021 - In a press release Friday, Nucor Corp. announced acquisitions of recycling locations on behalf of The David J. Joseph Co., which represent a 10% growth in capacity.
Nucor said Advantage Metals Recycling (AMR) completed the purchase of Grossman Iron and Steel, St. Louis, Mo., USA, on 30 September; and the sale of the assets of Garden Street Iron & Metal Inc., Fort Myers, Fla., USA, to Trademark Metals Recycling LLC is expected to close today.
