Outokumpu Appoints Vice President, Investor Relations
09/18/2025 - Outokumpu announced it has appointed Johan Lindh as vice president of investor relations, effective 17 November 2025.
Lindh is from Ahlstrom, where he has served since 2018, most recently as vice president of group investor relations. He will now be based at the company headquarters in Helsinki, Finland, and report to Outokumpu’s chief financial officer, Mark-Simon Schaar.
“[Lindh] brings extensive experience in strategic communications and capital markets and will drive our equity story forward while promoting open and constructive dialogue with investors,” said Schaar.
Lindh has a background in Nordic equities, research operations and engagement with international institutional investors. His previous roles include positions at UPM, Ålandsbanken and SEB.
“With his excellent background for this role, we are confident that Johan will bring significant value to the company. I warmly welcome him to Outokumpu,” Schaar continued.
