Outokumpu employees of Röyttä harbor in Tornio are scheduled to return to work on March 22. The stevedores' strike in Finland ended March 19.
During the strike, Outokumpu managed to secure all customer deliveries and raw material supply for the production of ferrochrome and stainless steel by using subcontractors to load and unload the ships. Consequently, the financial impact of the strike was marginal.
