Pilbrico Acquires F.S. Sperry
07/22/2026 - Pilbrico Co. announced it has acquired F.S. Sperry, a refractory service and materials supplier that has served the mid-southern U.S. for over 80 years.

The companies said the acquisition will allow for expanded technical resources and better organizational support. F.S. Sperry will continue to employ its dedicated team while day-to-day operations, customer relationships and their commitment to service remain unchanged.
