Posco C&C Signs MOU with AP Exhaust Products
10/26/2009 - Posco C&C signs a memorandum of understanding with AP Exhaust Products to supply 30,000 tons of its Alcosta aluminum-coated steel per year, which will be used to make car mufflers.
Posco C&C signed a memorandum of understanding on October 14 with AP Exhaust Products, N.C., to provide its Alcosta aluminum-coated steel on a long-term contract.
Under the agreement, Posco C&C will supply 30,000 tons of Alcosta per year, to be used for car mufflers by AP Exhaust Products. The products will be supplied through Posco-America's JIT Delivery Service.

Posco says that Posco-America is playing a larger role in helping it to expand its exports in the eastern United States. It recently established a strategic partnership with the North Carolina State Ports Authority.
