Primetals Technologies Supplying Plate Mill for Kobe Steel
09/16/2021 - This summer, Primetals Technologies received an order for a steel plate finishing mill from Kobe Steel Ltd., the supplier has announced.
According to a press release, the finishing mill will be for the Kobe Steel's Kakogawa Works. The steel plate finishing rolling mill, auxiliary and ancillary equipment, as well as on-site supervision for erection and commissioning, will be supplied by Primetals Technologies, the company said.
Implementation is scheduled for late 2023 to early 2024.
