Sandvik Acquires Osa Demolition Equipment
07/01/2025 - Sandvik announced it has completed the acquisition of Italy-based manufacturer of demolition tools and hydraulic hammers, Osa Demolition Equipment S.r.I (OSA).
Sandvik said OSA will now operate as a business unit within its attachment tools division in the rock processing business area.
The acquisition includes OSA’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Molfetta, Italy, and R&D capabilities.
In 2024, OSA had a revenue of SEK 150 million.
