ANDRITZ said the acquisition will allow it to offer a complete suite of induction heating technologies. This will allow it to better deliver full-line solutions for electrical steel processing, galvanizing, annealing and forging. 

“Combining Sanzheng’s proven induction technology with our global reach, process know-how, and service capabilities allows us to deliver more comprehensive, efficient, and sustainable solutions – induction heating offers significant potential to reduce mills’ carbon footprint,” said Guido Burgel, senior vice president of metal processing at ANDRITZ. 

Sanzheng has specialists in research and development, product design and manufacturing. Its products are used in the metal industry, as well as in papermaking, automotives, machinery and building materials. 

The companies said the transaction was concluded in December 2025. Sanzheng will operate under the same name and management structure.
