According to ABB, the system will be installed on a 1,320-mm, 2-high cold rolling reversible skinpass stainless mill. Deliveries are set to begin in October. 

ABB said the order includes level 1 and level 2 automation control solutions, which will be based on ABB’s flagship Ability™ System 800xA digital platform.
