Stantec to Install Goodfellow EFSOP
at Ipsco Saskatchewan

March 11, 2004 — Ipsco Saskatchewan Inc. has placed an order with Stantec Global Technologies Ltd., Mississauga, Ont., for installation and commissioning of a state-of-the-art Goodfellow EFSOP^™ (Expert Furnace System Optimization Process) system.

This outsourcing project comprises installation and commissioning of the Goodfellow EFSOP system, which will incorporate continuous off-gas based closed-loop process control at Ipsco's electric arc furnace in Regina, Sask.
