“I am excited to recognize these six leaders for their outstanding contributions to our company’s continued growth and success,” said Theresa Wagler, incoming president and chief executive officer of Steel Dynamics. 

Effective 1 October, Bickford was promoted to senior vice president of steel fabrication; Hansen was promoted to senior vice president of environmental sustainability and energy; and Scruggs was promoted to senior vice president of flat rolled commercial and processing. 

Effective 1 November, various leadership transitions will also take place. This includes Keown as senior vice president of flat rolled steel production; Krotov as vice president of long products steel operations; and Freiburger as vice president treasurer.
