Ternium Steels the Medical Community
04/15/2020 - Latin American steelmaker Ternium is stepping up to support the communities in which it operates through donations of needed medical equipment.
The company recently donated 65 beds to a number of hospitals in Argentina and also has provided hospital equipment and supplies such as infusion pumps, multi-parametric monitors, oxygen pressure gauges and personal protective equipment.
On another front, the company worked through a shutdown order and shipped 272 tons of pre-painted and galvanized steel sheet that is being used to fabricate modular hospitals.
