The 24-inch model is ideal for trim rollforming lines or standing seam lines while the 36-inch can be used for narrow panel lines such as corrugated and 5V panels. Its servo acceleration and closed loop controls provide +/- 1/16-inch length tolerance at any speed up to 200 feet per minute. The B.O.S.S.™ shear does not require a conveyor for part separation making it ideal for upgrades or retrofits to existing equipment.
