The Systems Group Names Kyle Morgan Its New President
09/22/2025 - The Systems Group announced it has promoted Kyle Morgan as its new president.
The company said that while the founding Hays family is still involved with the business, Lee Morgan, chief executive officer of The Systems Group, and Kyle Morgan will take on their legacy.
Lee said Kyle will oversee Systems Contracting, Systems Fab & Machine and Systems Plant Services. Kyle has worked for the company for nine years and previously in the manufacturing sector in Asia, having led optimization and IT-focused projects and a data analytics team.
Kyle has a B.S. degree in international business and marketing from Arkansas State University and an M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
