thyssenkrupp Still Open to Steel Merger
02/10/2020 - thyssenkrupp hasn’t given up on merging its steel business and is continuing to seek industry partners, reports commodities news and pricing service S&P Global Platts.
“Alliances can offer added value. That's why we are open to discussions," thyssenkrupp chief executive Martina Merz said, according to Platts.
