Tokyo Steel Selects Danieli Automation to Optimize Furnaces

09/23/2021 - In a press release today, the equipment supplier announced its Q-ONE package is in operation at Tokyo Steel’s Kyushu plant in Japan.

The Q-ONE system was installed in less than three weeks during the summer and processed its first heat in August, Danieli said.

According to Danieli, the package enabled a decrease in power-on time by 20% and a possibility of 12% savings in electrical energy.
