Turkish Producer Taps ANDRITZ for Galvanizing Furnace
10/06/2022 - ANDRITZ has received an order for a galvanizing furnace that will support a new coating line at Turkish cold roller Tatmetal, the company has announced.
According to ANDRITZ, the scope of supply includes a direct-fired furnace, radiant tube annealing and soaking sections, and the after-pot cooling and post-treatment sections.
The hot-dip line will produce galvanized material for the automotive, durable goods, construction, energy and mechanical engineering industries. Start-up is set for the first quarter of 2024.
