Worthington Steel in Talks to Acquire Klöckner & Co.

12/08/2025 - Worthington Steel Inc. confirmed it is in negotiations with German steel distributor Klöckner & Co. SE for a potential acquisition of the company.

“No investment decision has been made, and the discussions may not result in a transaction. The company does not intend to comment further,” Worthington Steel said in a statement.
