2019 Could Be a Milestone Year for Indian Steel Consumption
04/11/2019 - India’s domestic steel demand is expected grow more than 7% this year and is likely to cross the 100 million metric ton threshold, according to The (India) Economic Times.
“Investment-driven sectors such as construction, capital goods and railways are likely to maintain the healthy growth momentum driven by infrastructure projects,” The Times reported, citing a forecast from the Indian Steel Association.
