ArcelorMittal Puts New Drag Chain Conveyor on Order
03/31/2017 - The AUMUND Group has won an order for a new double-strand, drag chain conveyor from ArcelorMittal Brazil.
According to AUMUND, the conveyor will be capable of moving 25 metric tons of material per hour from a bunker at ArcelorMittal’s João Monlevade plant. The conveyor is being designed with a center distance of 10.4 meters.
The conveyor will replace a 19-year-old unit that is to be dismantled in June.
