Executive Changes Announced at Salzgitter
12/24/2009 - Ulrich Grethe has been appointed as member of the Executive Board of Salzgitter Stahl GmbH and chairman of the Management Board of Salzgitter Flachstahl GmbH as of January 1, 2010. He succeeds Johannes Nonn, who has switched to the Executive Board of Salzgitter AG.
Ulrich Grethe, 48, has been appointed as member of the Executive Board of Salzgitter Stahl GmbH and chairman of the Management Board of Salzgitter Flachstahl GmbH as of January 1, 2010.
Grethe, a graduate of engineering, is responsible for technology activities. He succeeds Johannes Nonn, who has switched to the Executive Board of Salzgitter AG.
Michael Kieckbusch, 48, has been appointed deputy chairman of the Management Board of Salzgitter Flachstahl, effective January 1, 2010. A graduate of economics, Kieckbusch is responsible for the personnel area.
Dr. Sebastian Bross, 40, will become active as the new managing director of the sales and logistics department of Salzgitter Flachstahl GmbH as of January 1, 2010. Bross studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Braunschweig, gaining his doctorate in 2002. He started his career in the Salzgitter Group as a production engineer in the quality control department at Salzgitter Flachstahl.
