Investor Group Acquires Land for Pennsylvania Rebar Mill
09/29/2023 - A group that has proposed building an electric arc furnace–based rebar mill outside of Pittsburgh has purchased a 44-acre site along the Ohio River, reports the Pittsburgh Business Times.
According to the publication, 72 Steel LLC purchased the site for US$4.4 million from a local property developer. The site is on property once occupied by the former J&L Steel.
