March Service Center Shipment Results Mirror February
04/20/2015 - U.S. shipments of steel were essentially flat year-on-year. Canadian results were similar, with a small decline in steel shipments.
In March 2015, U.S. service center steel shipments decreased a tenth of a percent from March 2014. Steel product inventories increased 15.6% over March a year ago.
In March 2015, Canadian service center shipments of steel products decreased by 3.7% from March 2014. Steel product inventories increased 24.0% from March a year ago.
