U.S. Producers Materially Injured by Dumped Rebar , Says Trade Commission
03 November 2016 - U.S. producers appear to have been harmed by dumped rebar from Japan, Taiwan and Turkey, the U.S. International Trade Commission said in a preliminary ruling on Thursday.
