17 October 2025 - David Stickler, chief executive officer of Hybar LLC in Osceola, Ark., USA, announced plans for a US$1 billion second rebar facility, Hybar 2, as part of the US$3 billion he hopes to invest in Mississippi County in the next couple years, reported the Northwest Arkansas Democrat Gazette.
