Rautaruukki Renews Revolving Credit Facility

Rautaruukki has signed a EUR 350-million revolving credit facility with its relationship banks.
The new facility has a maturity of three years and can be used flexibly for general corporate purposes. It replaces an existing EUR 300 million revolving credit facility originally signed in April 2005.
Mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners of the facility are Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Handels-banken, Nordea, Pohjola Bank, Sampo Bank and SEB. ING Bank also joined the facility as lead arranger and Intesa Sanpaolo as arranger.
Rautaruukki supplies metal-based components, systems and integrated systems to the construction and engineering industries, offering a wide selection of metal products and services. Rautaruukki has operations in 26 countries, employs 13,300 people, and reported net sales of EUR 3.9 billion in 2008. The corporation uses the marketing name Ruukki.
