Salzgitter Announces Next Executive Board Chairman
07/15/2010 - The Salzgitter AG Supervisory Board unanimously appoints Prof. Dr. Heinz Jörg Fuhrmann as the Chairman of Salzgitter’s Executive Board for the period from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2016.
The Salzgitter AG Supervisory Board unanimously appointed Prof. Dr. Heinz Jörg Fuhrmann as the Chairman of Salzgitter’s Executive Board during an extraordinary meeting held this week.
Fuhrmann will serve in this position for the period from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2016. He will succeed Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Leese, who will retire from this post as from June 2011.
To date, Fuhrmann (53) has headed finances as well as the Group’s Technology Division. He has been active as Vice Chairman since December 2007.
