Steel OEMs Considering Indian Joint Ventures, Investments Worth US$5 Billion
10/18/2018 - Indian officials expect that domestic equipment builders, foreign technology suppliers and steel mills will sign US$5 billion worth of investment agreements next week, reports the (India) Economic Times.
According to the Times, mills and some of the industry’s top equipment suppliers will gather for a state-sponsored conference to discuss investments that will boost India’s domestic capacity to make machinery for its steel industry.
