Tata Steel Receives NDTV Profit Business Leadership Award

Tata Steel has been honored in the ‘Metal Category’ at the seventh edition of the prestigious NDTV Profit Business Leadership Awards held recently in Mumbai. Tata Steel was presented the award in recognition of various initiatives and innovations undertaken by the company to respond and adapt to the ever-changing business scenario.
 
The seventh edition of NDTV Profit Business Leadership Awards was instituted to honor organizational excellence with the presentation of awards in recognition and honor of the most resilient and strongest business leaders of the year. The awards honor business organizations that have shown exceptional ability in business performance and are also recognition of business houses that have helped the Indian economy to become one of the fastest-growing economies in the world.
 
The jury for the NDTV Profit Business Leadership Awards this year comprised leading names from the industry and the business world, including Naina Lal Kidwai, Group General Manager and Country Head, HSBC India, T.N. Ninan, Chairman and Editorial Director, Business Standard, Kalpana Morparia, Chairman, NDTV, Dorab Sopariwala, Editorial Advisor, NDTV, Manvi Dhillon, Managing Editor, NDTV Profit, among others.
 
Mr. HM Nerurkar, Managing Director, Tata Steel received the award on behalf of the company from the Hon’ble Finance Minister, Pranab Mukherjee.
