Tenova I2S to Supply 20-High Reversing Cold Mill for GuangHan TianCheng
02/23/2012 - Tenova I2S has been contracted by GuangHan TianCheng Stainless Steel to supply a new ZR22BE-52” precision 20-High Cluster Mill at the company’s Sichuan, China, site.
Tenova I2S has been contracted by GuangHan TianCheng Stainless Steel to supply a new ZR22BE-52” precision 20-High Cluster Mill at the company’s site at Sichuan, China. The new mill is a key component of GuangHan TianCheng’s planned expansion there.
The medium voltage mill is equipped with fully integrated control, automation, and drive systems featuring Automatic Gauge Control (AGC), Automatic Flatness Control (AFC), Tenova I2S Thickness Gauges, Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics, and AC Drives.
The Tenova I2S mill will produce stainless steel strip from 3.0 to 0.1 mm thick, at a maximum width of 1320 mm, and at speeds of up to 600 MPM.
