Ellwood National Steel Up and Running

11 August 2005 - The former National Forge meltshop, which was acquired by Ellwood Group, Inc. in 2003, is now in production as Ellwood National Steel (ENS). The facility adds some 50,000 annual tons of capacity to the forging ingot marketplace.

Stelco Opposes USW International Motion

11 August 2005 - Stelco Inc. filed material with the Superior Court of Justice (Ontario) opposing the USW International's bid to enable any creditor to prepare and file a restructuring plan in the matter of the company's CCAA process.
